ABOUT US

Free State Timber Homes, a NHBRC-registered building contractor in the Free State, specialising in timber-frame construction, was established in 2001.

Timber frame construction, is a building method where the whole framework and structure of the house is build with wood. The client has the option of various cladding finishes, for example a log finish, or the American style finish with Nutech boards, wich can be painted any colour, as in the photos below.

We provide the following services to our Clients :

3. Cost Estimates

4. Local Authority Building Plan Approval

5. Construction Detailing

6. Project Management

7. Subcontracted Items including cupboards, electrics and plumbing

We are members of the NHBRC.

We also issue all Compliance Certificates on completion of the Project.
